These Terms and Conditions govern use of the ozplayy website and engagement with ozplayy’s restaurant, bar, private-event and in-person poker-room experiences. ozplayy is an Australian venue with a dedicated physical poker card room, where poker sessions take place face to face at the venue.

A straightforward guide. These terms set expectations for respectful website use, enquiries, reservations and venue activities. Read them with relevant booking information, venue rules and notices made available through the site or at the venue. Website content is not an assurance that a particular session, table, menu item or event will be available. ozplayy does not offer online poker accounts, betting functionality or digital poker games.

A reservation, poker-seat or private-event submission is a request until ozplayy confirms the arrangement through the relevant process. Availability may be limited by venue capacity, operating requirements or the nature of the experience you have asked about. Until you receive a response confirming the arrangement, please do not assume that a table, seat, session or event space has been held for you.

ozplayy poker sessions take place face to face in the dedicated physical poker card room at the venue. The website provides information and access to enquiries or reservations; it does not provide online poker accounts, remote play, digital poker games or betting functionality. When planning to join a session, think in venue terms: book a seat where available, arrive for the relevant table and follow the information provided for that in-person session.

Follow venue and table rules

Participants are expected to follow applicable venue directions, table procedures and staff instructions that support an orderly, respectful in-person experience. Poker formats, starting-chip structures and session arrangements may have rules communicated for the relevant table or event. Please take note of those instructions before joining and while playing, particularly where a Texas Hold’em tournament, poker night or other table format has its own arrangement.
